Servo cartridge valves are pilot operated slip-in servo valves with integrated closed-loop position control for the main stage poppet.
2-way servo cartridge valves are suitable for flow and velocity control and are equipped with a seated poppet for leakage-free stopping of movements.
3-way servo cartridges are equipped with a spool without a seat, but can additionally be used for pressure or force control.
Moog’s X700 Series Servo Cartridge Valves are throttle valves for use in 2-way applications. These valves are suitable for electrohydraulic flow control systems, including those with high dynamic response requirements.
2-way Servo Cartridge valves are throttle valves that are used for flow control functions. The main stage cone is equipped with a metallic seat for a leakage free closed position. The position of the cone is controlled by a closed loop integrated onboard electronics. This, in combination with the highly dynamic Moog Servo Pilot Valves, allows for an excellent dynamic response and a superior repeatability. The valves are available with different failsafe options to meet most special application requirements.
3-way Servo Cartridge valves are spool type throttle valves used for flow control functions. They are equipped with 3 ports which allows them to be used to extend or retract a single acting cylinder.
