Cartridge valves mounted in a manifold provide a compact, integrated circuit for simplified machine design and reduced system costs. The cartridge is designed to fit into a cavity and is held in place by a cover. The cavities conform to the ISO 7368 standard.
Most directional functions can be realized by using our CEE series cartridges in combination with the CCE series covers, which both offer a wide range of options.
For check functions, we also offer a compact variant of cartridges with screw-in covers for sizes 16 and 25.
The CHE series of actively operated cartridge valves were developed for applications that require faster switching times and/or a clearly defined position of the poppet.
Moog CEE series cartridges stand out by offering the highest rated flows on the market in combination with a robust design for rated pressures up to 420 bar.
Moog CCE cartridge covers are primarily designed for use with our CEE and CKE series cartridges.
The catalog offers covers for 13 different functions, ranging from simple remote control applications up to complex functionalities with integrated check, shuttle or pressure relief valves.
For very compact and cost-efficient designs, Moog offers cartridges with screw-in covers for non-standardized cavities. They consist of standard slip-in cartridges covered by a high-pressure screw-in plug, which reduces the footprint of the cartridge valve compared to a standard cover.
Moog's 2-way Slip-in Cartridge Valves - Actively Operated were designed to eliminate many of the limitations of standard cartridge valves and enable high speed switching functions.
