It provides a forum to plan for future achievements in space by bringing the international space industry community and key decision-makers together for informative educational sessions and important policy discussions. Emily Calvanese is the General Manager for Moog’s Structures and Motion Control Business Unit and Mountain View, CA site and has been with Moog since 1998. She has a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Davis and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from San Jose State University. Emily is proud to be putting Moog’s corporate values into practice as both a member of the global Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility Council and as the Executive Sponsor for Moog’s LGBTQUI+ Employee Resource Group. She is thrilled to be a mentor for the New Generation Space Leaders at this year’s Space Symposium.

Located in Uppsala, Sweden, Unibap is a key technology partner for Moog's advanced avionics and computing solutions. Their successful on-orbit heritage for GPU-based products has been integral in Moog’s development of radiation-tolerant, high-performance, Space VPX GPU solutions. Moog has leveraged Unibap’s expertise on commercial missions, D-Orbit flights, and upcoming ESA/NASA opportunities to provide solutions for space-based architectures needed for artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.
