Analog Module QAIO 2/2 - Legacy

Analog module features 16 bit resolution of the inputs and outputs. All inputs and outputs are updated at every program cycle of the MSC I or MSC II. The minimum cycle time is 100 µs at MSC II and 400 µs at MSC I. The module is mounted on a DIN top-hat rail and connected to an MSC I or MSC II via the internal extension bus (E-bus).  

Important Note: This is a legacy product which means it cannot be used for new designs. Please get in touch with your local office for recommended replacement products.

  • 2 analog inputs, each configurable in the MACS development environment as  ±10 V, ±10 mA or 4-20 mA
  • 2 analog outputs, each ±10 V and additionally configurable as ±10 mA, ±50 mA or 4-20 mA, with wire fault detection
  • 1 reference voltage output: +10 V, short circuit protected
